For the love of everything seafood, Fish and Co. with dishes new and fresh. Bistro Group Corporate Chef Josh Boutwood gave this beloved fish and seafood restaurant a menu overhaul.
Starters / Appetizers
We started off with Shrimp Popcorn served with nachos. The shrimp itself is freshly fried and has just the right amount of spice. No rancid taste from an overly used cooking oil, just freshly deep fried shrimp perfectly paired with the chipotle mayo dip. Super good! 1st favorite.
I love mussels. They only used the freshest and big mussels. I can eat this on its own.
For some reason, I am not a big Salmon fan, but this pasta is so rich and cheesy that the salmon blended well with its sauce. Just perfect taste for a pasta filling. 2nd favorite.
This has got to be one of my favorites! I don’t usually like anything that is cooked rare, but this seared tuna was just perfect for me to be a convert! It’s not stinky or malansa. It has the right crunch outside and the perfectly soft inside. In short, masarap papakin! 3rd favorite.
It’s crab fat on pasta — need I say more?! 4th favorite.
Finally, we ended our meal with the latest sweet bait, made extra special with a combination of dulce de leche and cream.
