Hooray Thursday: Dance

I have seen my ortho twice already because of shoulder and back pain and for my mild scoliosis. And, I was referred to see a physical therapist very soon. I think they will teach me some strengthening exercises and basic Pilates. My doctor suggested some exercises that suit me, one of those is dancing. I would just love to dance.
