KKK Food Revolution

One restaurant in SM Cubao caught our attention when we were in search for new eats to try.

KKK has an indigenous interiors that makes an interesting ambiance.

I learned that it is a Kapampangan restaurant with a twist of Thai. Very interesting concept to incorporate two of my favorite cuisine.

His: Inihaw na Liempo, Bacon Cut Php230

This is one of their best-sellers (so my B will surely order them!). I find it sweet and it’s not a favorite if the meat has a sweet-tasting sauce or marinade. But, I liked the little green mango salad on the side.

Hers: Gising Gising Php105

{ Kangkong (Chinese water spinach) cooked in Tinapa (smoke fish), bagoong (shrimp paste) and gata (coconut milk) }

I found the way they served this dish interesting because of the way they cut the water spinach. But the taste is a winner for me, and it’s really best that you eat this with rice!

Sinangag sa Bawang Php40

{ Simply, garlic rice }
