Fashion and styling have been two of my number one LOVE ever since putting an outfit together for school programs and parties has been a very fun way to experiment on and express myself.
Being called fashionista or people noticing I have a “sense of style” is way beyond flattering, even more so if a friend consults you to pull-out an outfit for her much-awaited pre-nup photoshoot.
This is exactly what happened with my friend, Mimi and her soon-to-be-groom, Brian.
Mimi wanted the classic, princess-like-bride-to-be and romantic-vintage charm. And that is what she got!
From shiny tiaras and headdresses, down to pearlescent dangling earrings, to stunning necklaces, up to the gorgeous gowns and dresses and the sparkly shoes for the bride-to-be and from tuxedo down to the scarlet-Irish-Guards-colonel’s-uniform-ala-Prince-William’s-royal-wedding-outfit for Brian – I happily helped them assemble their attires for their majestic pre-nup photoshoot.
And in this styling job, I got to work with the country’s most respected, sought-after and well-known Wedding, Portrait and Fashion Photographer, Pilar Tuason. Need I say more? I’m speechless. I just wish that my B was available at that time to document the behind-the-scenes of my behind-the-scenes while “I was at work with Pilar!” *a girl can dream*
To see more of the BTS (behind-the-scenes) of this magical pre-nup photoshoot, please view in my Flickr.
I am just excited to finally see the official photos once released by Pilar and it will definitely go to my portfolio. *teehee*
