Most of you probably have been introduced to my love affair with delicious, sumptuous and delectable food. I go through old favorites and discover new places and possible new favorites to be added on my list. Without a doubt, one can tell that I love to eat.
In search of that yummy dessert or that satisfying meal, I have also found a difference in my body, hence, the increase on my weight and size. I wouldn’t have minded it until I couldn’t fit in my pants anymore. This led me to a challenge I wanted to take on – The Biggest Loser challenge.
As you all know, The Biggest Loser is a TV show which centers on overweight contestants attempting to lose weight for a cash prize. There are different variations of this around the world. And our company has made its own adaptation of the show; however, the contestants always have the same goal: to lose the highest percentage of weight to become the Biggest Loser.
I know I am still not overweight but I want to shave a couple of inches off my belly! I may even be underweight based on some site where I calculated my “ideal weight” based on my height and weight! This confuses me.
Boxing and running have been part of my exercise routine but somewhere along the way I lost my interest in it — that or I’m just probably being a lazy a** chick! This, plus my fondness for food are the reasons why I am putting on some extra weight. And now, I feel it’s time to change my bad habit of eating and eating without exercising.
