{ Music: Stay with You by John Legend }

Darling B created this video as a surprise for me but due to time constraint at our wedding reception, this was not played for me and for our guests’ pleasure.

I am totally smitten with how creatively he used our “traditional” 10-shots photos by making it into this delightful video. His got mad editing skills, I tell you! So proud!

There’s something touching looking, watching our photos from years ago. Photos tell so much just by the way we smile, we laugh and we goof around each other. This is one of the perks of living in this digital age — we get to capture and preserve these beautiful memories. And I got a husband (<— insert kilig moments here) who is beyond amazing for being so awesomely creative! Everything he touches become special. I am urging him to share his talent to the world, but that would be a different post!

This 10-shots video will totally fall under our yearly tradition. Enjoy watching! xxx

P.s. Don’t judge! Our wedding event is over and I am cutting myself some slack and trying to eat “normal” again and slightly giving in to my cravings. Haha!

For the love of everything seafood, Fish and Co. with dishes new and fresh. Bistro Group Corporate Chef Josh Boutwood gave this beloved fish and seafood restaurant a menu overhaul.

Starters / Appetizers

{ Shrimp Popcorn Php335. Tender chunks of shrimp coated in our signature spices and deep fried to perfection. Served with chipotle mayo dip }

We started off with Shrimp Popcorn served with nachos. The shrimp itself is freshly fried and has just the right amount of spice. No rancid taste from an overly used cooking oil, just freshly deep fried shrimp perfectly paired with the chipotle mayo dip. Super good! 1st favorite.

{ Fish Crab Cakes Php625. Premium fish and crab flakes blended with spices and herbs then topped with refreshing cilantro salsa }

We’re married!!! I tied the knot with my darling Brian last November 9 in Caleruega. A little over one week has passed of being married and I still fantasize of what could have been done to make our day even better. But with the overflowing love and support from our families and friends who celebrated with us (despite Typhoon Haiyan / Yolanda), not to mention the wonderful snapshots they have captured, I was reminded that the most important thing is that — our wedding pushed through, our most awaited event of making our lifetime commitment in front of the Lord and our loved ones known happened. And that to me is a beautiful wedding.

I have opted to keep our wedding joys “offline” in respect of the victims of Typhoon Haiyan / Yolanda that hit the Philippines, mainly the Visayas region, the day before our wedding. My family, Brian’s family, our entourage, some guests and suppliers already stayed in Tagaytay November 8, the day before our wedding, but even us were not spared by the terror of this typhoon.

There were chaos brought about by the unexpected weather — hindering the attendance of some of our friends, a sleepless night due to the heavy winds smashing our cottage and suppliers who scared me to death because
