One of the major reasons why I started this blog was to document special and memorable aspects of my life, which started with my little dates with my B when we were still dating as well as when we were planning for our wedding and marriage. And now, I am so excited to be starting this new chapter of our lives together as parents-to-be! What a better way to celebrate that than to document it here and share with you, our families and friends, who have been following our little corner here. I’m so ecstatic for our little family of two to start growing and to look back on this special journey and be amazed with every little detail that would probably be forgotten when things get a little chaotic once our baby is born.
I’ve been ravenous! My appetite for food increased or let’s say went back to normal. Headaches have been re-appearing in the scene lately.
Vivid dreams, cravings, abdominal ache and pains, headaches, leg cramps, linea negra, backache, forgetfulness, bloating, breast engorgement, constipation
Beauy MNL, the go-to beauty destination for Filipinas, has been on my mind for months now. Their magazine provides entertaining and insightful articles tailor-fit to the Filipina’s lifestyle, whether finding a good facial wash or hair conditioner. They have celebrity gurus, they share tips, easy how-tos, and great beauty trends we can actually rock in this tropical country!
Their shop contains curated beauty and skincare staples as well as current, buzzed about miracle beauty cures. Imagine online shopping for beauty, skincare and haircare needs? I wouldn’t want it any other way!
I was in the market for a new face wash that would work for both myself and my B. I found this brand, Aloe Derma, interesting. I ended up buying their acne removing deep cleanser face wash plus brightening facial mask, plus a whole lot of beauty goodies that are already tried and tested.
What I love even more with this Beauty MNL online shop is that you get 20% off your first purchase and a 10% rebate on your succeeding purchases!
I also took advantage of the freebies they have at the moment of my purchase and I snagged four:
- 1) Rajo Laurel Evening Clutch free from TRESemmé
- 2) Dove deodorant free from any Dove purchase
- 3) Benefit They’re Real! Mascara mini for a minimum purchase
- 4) Free shipping for orders above P1,500!
I’m excited to try the new products I have, and if it works, I’m most definitely going to share my product reviews.
Thrifting has been one of our most favorite couple bonding for years now. We get giddy excited when there are Japan or American surplus stores in sight. MSM has been a very good place for very good finds like this batch of jackspot (spotted jackpot as coined by my B) finds.
Recently, we found a new thrifting haven in Taft, Japan Selections. Sharing to you our random but oh so nice jackspot finds, all these for under Php600! Do you have a go-to thrifting place? I’d love it if you can share them.
Summer heat doesn’t show any sign of stopping now — which is why I have Belo SunExpert Sunbrella to the rescue!
Belo SunExpert Sunbrella, is another innovation from the trusted name in beauty. This is simply not your ordinary umbrella — its fabrics are infused with Ultraviolet Protection Factor (UPF) 50, which effectively filters out 97% of UV rays and actively reduces UV transmissions.
Not to mention its fresh design — unique dome shape, stripes patterns with frills and real wood handle, Belo SunExpert Sunbrella makes functional more fancy and fun. It matched my summer outfit perfectly.
Reviews on my other Belo SunExpert summer buddies will be up in this blog SOON!
