TOSH: Golden Crusted Chicken, Ham & Cheese Crepe and Spaghetti All’Arrabbiata

Post Content

Since we have revisited The Old Spaghetti House, we branded it as one of our favorite go-to restaurant for its chillax (chill + relax) ambiance, good food at reasonable prices!

Last Friday night was jam-packed with lots of diners including this unusual ‘friends’ who happen to sit in one table without talking. It was just the keen-observer in us talking. *grin*

Time to try something new from their menu. I opted to get a pasta while my B went with their rice meal.

The Old Spaghetti House

His: Golden Crusted Chicken, Ham & Cheese Crepe Php140

Hers: Spaghetti All’ Arrabiatta Php115

Arrabbiata is a Roman sauce of garlic, tomatoes, and red chili cooked in olive oil. Basil is sometimes used for this recipe. This dish is usually served with pasta, chopped fresh parsley sprinkled on top.

I’m sure Brian enjoyed his food with the look on his face. Another satisfying meal.

All’arrabbiata means “angry style”, named as such due to the heat of the peppers. That’s why I love love this pasta. I love spicy dishes!

*Update: Yes, since my B mentioned in the comment – I wish they fix their ac ASAP. They’re not able to maximize two tables that can accommodate at least 6-8 people. Plus, it’s an eyesore for diners to see a leaking air-conditioner!
